4-5-12: REVOCATION:

A permit issued pursuant to section 4-5-3 of this chapter may be revoked by the city council, after hearing, for failure by the permittee to comply with any conditions imposed by the city council or failure to comply with any provision of this chapter. (1973 Code § 8.17.120)
