(a) Collection Fees. The monthly fees per residential unit for solid waste collection, which shall be paid in advance, shall be equal to the solid waste collection prices in the City's contract for solid waste collection and disposal with the Contractor. The Finance Director is hereby authorized to update annually the City's Fee Schedule, Appendix A
to the City Government Code, to reflect the monthly fee per contract year.
(b) Provision of Collection Service; Billing. The delivery of solid waste collection service to customers and the billing for such service shall be in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter and Chapter 1030.
(c) Container/Cart Fee. The fee for the cost of replacing a customer's cart or for providing additional carts to a customer shall be equal to the cart prices in the City's contract for solid waste collection and disposal with the Contractor. The Finance Director is hereby authorized to update, as needed, the City's Fee Schedule, Appendix A
to the City Government Code, to reflect any changes in the contracted cart prices.
