In the event a property owner violates the Deed of Acceptance set forth herein or violates any provisions of the approved Reduced Density Residential Overlay Plan, in addition to other remedies prescribed by law, the City Manager shall have the authority to stop all work being performed and order corrective action to secure compliance with the requirements of the Plan.
