In a Planned Unit Development, it is expected that changes in the approved final plan may be required from time to time. In order to preserve the flexibilities which are fundamental to a Planned Unit Development, changes are permitted subject to the following:
(a) The changes shall meet the requirements of this chapter and not change the concept or design of the project.
(b) All changes shall be submitted to the City Manager or his/her designee for approval. In the event the City Manager or his/her designee feels that such changes are not in compliance with the concept or design of the approved Development Plan, such changes shall be submitted to the Planning Commission for review and recommendation, prior to referring to City Council for action thereon. The time limits and procedures shall be as set forth in Section 1181.06 hereof.
