(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who shall be convicted of violating any of the provisions of § 155.002 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500, or by imprisonment not to exceed 90 days or both, in the discretion of the court. Each day a violation continues shall be considered a separate offense and may be punished accordingly.
