§ 155.022 MINORS GENERALLY.
   (A)   Except as otherwise provided, no person under 18 years of age shall possess or buy any model glue.
   (B)   Except as otherwise provided, no person shall sell or transfer possession of any model glue to another person under 18 years of age; provided, however, a person may sell or transfer possession of model glue to a person under 18 years of age for model building or other lawful use where said juvenile has in his or her possession and exhibits the written consent of his or her parent or guardian; and, provided further that, a person may sell or transfer possession of, to a person under the age of 18 years, not more than one assembly kit which contains not more than one container of model glue not to exceed one fluid ounce, as a necessary part of model assembly.
