(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) A person who violates § 154.015 of this chapter is responsible for a municipal civil infraction and shall forfeit the laser pointer to the police.

(2) Any person who violates § 154.016 of this chapter is responsible for a municipal civil infraction and subject to a minimum fine of $250.
