(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) An individual violating § 150.002 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 93 days or a fine of not more than $500, or both.
(2) Section 150.002 of this chapter does not prohibit an individual from being charged with, convicted of or punished for any other violation of law that is committed by that individual while violating § 150.002 of this chapter.
(3) A term of imprisonment imposed for a violation of § 150.002 of this chapter may run consecutively to any term of imprisonment imposed for another violation arising from the same transaction.

(C) (1) Any person who violates § 153.004 under the age of 18 shall be responsible for a municipal civil infraction subject to a fine not to exceed $400 together with court costs and/or community service. In addition, he or she must be accompanied to any district court hearings on said charge by their legal parent or guardian or may pay $400 in fines and costs (prior to the court hearing) at the district court without a hearing.
(2) Any person over the age of 17 who violates § 153.004 shall be responsible for a municipal civil infraction subject to a fine not to exceed $500 together with court costs and/or community service or may pay $500 in fines and costs (prior to the court hearing) to the district court without a court appearance.

(D) Any person convicted of violating § 153.005 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and is subject to a fine not exceeding $500 and/or 90 days in jail.

(E) Any person or operator who violates any provision of § 153.013 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $100, nor more than $500, for each such conviction, or shall be punished by imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days for each offense, or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court, together with the costs of such prosecution.
