§ 153.001 DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
   (A)   No person shall make, aid or assist in making any improper noise, riot, disturbance, breach of the peace or diversion tending to a breach of the peace.
   (B)   No person shall engage in any indecent or obscene conduct in any public place.
   (C)   No person shall gather with others for any unlawful purpose or to annoy or disturb others.
