§ 152.031 PROHIBITION ON EXTENDED PLACEMENT OF PORTABLE ON-SITE STORAGE UNIT.
   (A)   A portable on-site storage unit may not be placed upon any property or public street located within the city unless a temporary license is received from the City Engineer’s office.
   (B)   A portable on-site storage unit shall not be placed in the city street right-of-way unless a temporary license is received from the City Engineer’s office. The unit shall not be placed for more than 96 hours. The unit shall have safety reflectors on all four sides and the name, address and phone number of the unit’s vendor. Placement upon a city street is not allowed if the applicant’s property has a driveway, concrete slab or other hard surface that is adequate for placement of the portable on-site storage unit.
   (C)   Storage of food or any other item that causes an offensive odor or impairs the air quality to constitute a nuisance is prohibited.
