§ 133.013 COMPLIANCE WITH THE MEDICAL WASTE REGULATORY ACT.
   Each owner or operator of a tattoo parlor shall comply with all terms of the state’s Medical Waste Regulatory Act, as set forth in M.C.L.A. §§ 333.13801 through 333.13831.
