§ 133.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any owner, operator, employee or other person who violates any provision of this chapter and/or gives a tattoo or conducts a tattoo parlor without first obtaining a license therefor and paying a license fee to the city shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by not more than 90 days in jail or a fine of $500 or both, plus costs of prosecution.
   (B)   In addition to the penalties provided in division (A) above, the prosecuting attorney for the city is hereby authorized to utilize all other legal remedies that are authorized by law to abate or enjoin any violation of this chapter, place or location where the violation occurs.
