(A) A licensed arcade shall be limited to the number of mechanical amusement devices set forth in its application for a license unless it receives prior consent from the City Clerk to place additional devices in the arcade.
(B) The City Clerk, before giving said approval, must first send the applicant’s request for additional devices to the Police and Fire Departments to conduct an investigation as required in § 132.015 of this chapter and obtain their approval concerning the additional machines.
