§ 114.001 LOCATION.
   No gasoline filling or service or motor supply station shall be erected or located within 100 yards of any church, hospital or school or other institution where large numbers of pedestrians congregate, or within 200 yards from the location of another filling or service or gasoline or motor supply station.
