(A) Peddler’s vehicles shall be kept in motion, except when making a sale, and their movements shall be timed and executed so as to cause a minimum of interference with vehicular and pedestrian traffic. It shall be unlawful for any peddler to park, stand or stop a vehicle for the purpose of making any sale within 200 feet of any school property during school hours.
(B) A peddler’s vehicle shall be equipped with a receptacle for the disposing of wrappers, papers and envelopes or other containers.
(C) It shall be unlawful for any peddler’s vehicle to be equipped with any bell or other instrument, or device, for the purpose of attracting attention, except as provided in this code.
