Garage sales shall not exceed two per year, per household, and shall not be conducted for any period in excess of three consecutive days within one calendar month, however, an additional permit may be issued by the City Clerk during said 12-month period if the applicant is in the process of moving out of or within the city; however, the City Clerk may not issue more than one additional permit during the 12-month period for any reason.
