§ 96.003 VIOLATIONS.
   Should any individual violate any of the provisions of this chapter, and if said individual shall refuse to come into compliance with the chapter requirement after being provided a verbal warning by a police officer, then the police officer is authorized to issue a civil infraction for said violation.
