For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
JUNK AND SCRAP. Includes, but is not limited to: old, used, stripped, junked, recyclable scrap metal; old appliances, tires, refrigerators, toilets, hot water heaters, bathtubs or any other similar type of implements; equipment or personal property which is considered unsightly, or interferes with the comfortable enjoyment of life and property, or tends to depreciate the value of a person’s property or the property of others.
SOLID WASTE, YARD WASTE, DEBRIS, HAZARDOUS MATERIALS. Includes, but is not limited to: cut grass and weeds; tree branches; composted materials; petroleum products (stored or leaking); cooking grease and by-products; domestic rubbish; dead animals; industrial waste or by- products.
