§ 91.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Any person who violates § 91.023(B) of this chapter is responsible for a municipal civil infraction and subject to a fine not to exceed $500 and court costs.
      (2)   In addition to a municipal civil infraction, any violation of § 91.023(B) of this chapter constitutes a nuisance and shall be abated immediately by the person responsible for the fire. If the person fails to abate the nuisance, the Police or Fire Department are authorized to abate said nuisance and the person responsible for the fire shall be responsible to pay a cost recovery to the city in accordance with the rates set for a Level III response cost for a motor vehicle accident response.
