§ 91.020 SMOKING IN BED.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to smoke in bed in hospitals, nursing homes or other places of danger designated by the Chief of the Fire Department.

(B) In each sleeping room where something is prohibited by division (A) above, a plainly written notice shall be posted stating same.
