§ 73.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   A violation of § 73.024 of this chapter is a misdemeanor.

      (2)   Any violation of any provision of §§ 73.020 through 73.027 of this chapter (other than § 73.024 of this chapter) is a civil infraction.
