§ 73.023 INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   No person shall operate a quadricycle without bodily injury and property damage liability insurance with a minimum combined single limit of $2,000,000 for all persons injured or for property damage.
   (B)   The city shall be named as an additional insured party.
