§ 72.009 CIRCLING AND LOOPING PROHIBITED IN DRIVE-IN RESTAURANTS AND PARKING LOTS.
   (A)   (1)   No person shall use a motor vehicle to enter upon, drive through, traverse, circle, loop, block any traffic aisle or otherwise use the premises of a drive-in restaurant or fast food chain restaurant for purposes other than the purchasing and/or consuming of food products or beverages sold by such drive-in restaurant or fast food chain restaurant.
      (2)   Anyone violating this division (A) is responsible for a civil infraction.
   (B)   (1)   No person shall use a motor vehicle to enter upon, drive through, traverse, circle, loop, block any traffic aisle or otherwise use the premises of a public or privately-owned parking lot in the city for purposes other than obtaining a parking space in said parking lot.
      (2)   Anyone violating this division (B) is responsible for a civil infraction.
   (C)   The city’s Police Department is hereby authorized to enforce the provisions of this section.
