§ 72.006 PARKING IN ALLEYS.
   No person shall park a vehicle in a public alley nor shall he or she stop or stand a vehicle in a public alley if such stopping or standing shall obstruct passing by other vehicles; provided that, a commercial vehicle may load or unload in a public alley, but shall not obstruct other vehicles from passing.
