§ 70.005 UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS NOT TO MOVE VEHICLES.
   No person, except a member of the Police or Fire Departments, while in the performance of his or her duties, shall move any vehicle not owned by such person or lawfully in his or her possession, except to clear the roadway.
