§ 70.004 GETTING OUT OF PARKED VEHICLES.
   When a vehicle parks or comes to a stop parallel with the curb so far as practicable, the driver or any other occupant thereof getting out of the vehicle shall do so through the door or doors on the right-hand or curbside of the vehicle.
