§ 116.026 REPORTS OF ILLNESS ARISING FROM FOOD.
   No physician, visiting nurse or superintendent or other person in charge of any school, hospital, institution, dispensary, laboratory or camp, who shall have knowledge of the occurrence of a number or a group of cases of illness believed to have been due to the consumption of contaminated or spoiled food, shall fail to report the same at once by telephone to the Health Officer.
