§ 116.025 CONTAMINATED OR SPOILED FOOD.
   (A)   No person shall process, sell, prepare or serve any contaminated or spoiled food.
   (B)   The Health Officer is hereby empowered to seize and destroy any food which, in his or her opinion, is contaminated or spoiled.
