(A) All bread, cakes, pies or other baked goods sold from any vehicle or transported through the city for sale at wholesale or retail, shall be boxed, wrapped, packaged or adequately covered to protect it from dust, dirt, flies, insects, vermin or other contaminating or unwholesome influences.
(B) (1) All vehicles transporting or delivering such baked goods shall be closed and so constructed that the driver’s compartment is enclosed and separate from the storage compartment.
(2) All such vehicles shall be subject to the regulations of, and inspection by, the Health Officer.
