§ 116.020 PERMIT FOR STREET SALES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, display or offer for sale any food, produce, fruit or vegetables from any box, table, shelf, stand or structure on any street, sidewalk, alley or other public place without a permit issued by the Council.
