(A) No person, shall sell or deliver or have in his or her possession for sale in the city any seafood, poultry, meat or meat food products which contains any unhealthful ingredient, constituent or substance, or which has been transported, handled or stored in an unclean manner, or produced from any animal which was diseased.
(B) Samples of food found in any licensed premises may be taken by the meat inspector as often as he or she may deem necessary for the purpose of detection of unwholesomeness or adulteration. The meat inspector may condemn and forbid the sale of, or cause to be removed or destroyed, any food which is unwholesome or adulterated.
