§ 116.002 FOOD PRODUCTS MANUFACTURING ESTABLISHMENTS.
   All meats and meat food products shall be cut, cooked and prepared in a room which shall be used for that purpose only and shall be of adequate size for purpose intended. Adequate refrigeration shall be provided for all perishable foods. All sausage shall be made in accordance with the requirements of the state’s Department of Agriculture.
