§ 179.009 SLOPE OF BOTTOM.
   (A)   The slope of the bottom of any part of a private pool in which the water is less than five feet deep shall not be more than one foot in each seven feet.
   (B)   Deep and shallow water shall be designated either by numerals or dividers.
