§ 179.006 GRADING ADJACENT TO POOL.
   (A)   The surface adjacent to a private pool shall be so graded that overflow from the pool and adjacent area shall not discharge into the pool or onto neighboring property.
   (B)   There shall be at least four feet of hard surfaced slip-resistant walk adjacent to the pool edge.
