§ 179.005 FENCE.
   (A)   Private pools shall be enclosed by an adequate fence not less than four feet in height and of a type not readily climbed by children.
   (B)   The fence shall not be less than four feet from the edge of the pool and shall be equipped with a self-closing, self-latching gate or gates, which shall be securely locked with a tamper-proof lock when the pool is not in use.
