§ 179.004 LOCATION.
   (A)   Private pools shall not be built less than four feet from any lot line or building, nor shall the fence for the same be built within the required front yard or within the required corner lot side yard as outlined in Ch. 190 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   This provision shall not apply to facilities existing of 7-14-1959.
