§ 179.002 EQUIPMENT AND MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS.
   All private pool material and equipment, and the construction and installation thereof, shall be provided in such a manner that the water can be maintained free from undue chemical irritations and in compliance with such standards for bacteriological qualities as the Department of Health may prescribe.
