(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Any person who shall fail to obtain a certificate of approval as required by § 171.004 of this chapter, or who shall fail to correct any violations within the time required by § 171.004 of this chapter, or who shall violate any of the terms of § 171.004 of this chapter shall be responsible for a municipal civil infraction punishable by a fine of not more than $500 for each violation.
(2) The penalties imposed by § 171.004 of this chapter shall not limit any other statutory or common law right or action that any person or entity may have.

(C) (1) Any person or customer found guilty of violating any of the provisions of § 171.146(B) of this chapter or any written order of the city’s Water Department or inspection agency, in pursuance thereof, shall be deemed responsible for a municipal civil infraction punishable by a fine not exceeding $500, plus costs as allowed by law.
(2) Each day upon which a violation of the provision of § 171.146(B) of this chapter shall occur shall be deemed a separate offense and violation.
