5-1-1: OFFICIAL STATUS TO COUNTY EMPLOYEES:
For the sole purpose of giving official status to their acts when performing municipal functions within the scope of an agreement for law enforcement services between Campbell County, Wyoming, the Campbell County sheriff and the town of Wright, Wyoming, dated August 19, 1985, every county officer or employee engaged in providing general law enforcement services to the town shall be considered an employee of the town. 5-1-2: EMPLOYEE/EMPLOYER RELATIONSHIP:
Nothing herein shall be construed as creating an employee/employer relationship between the town and any county officer or employee. All persons employed by the sheriff and providing general law enforcement to the town shall be county officers or employees, and they shall not have any benefit status or rights of town employees.
