For the sole purpose of giving official status to their acts when performing municipal functions within the scope of an agreement for law enforcement services between Campbell County, Wyoming, the Campbell County sheriff and the town of Wright, Wyoming, dated August 19, 1985, every county officer or employee engaged in providing general law enforcement services to the town shall be considered an employee of the town.
