It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation in any manner to damage, destroy, or remove any sand dune or part thereof lying within the area defined by § 152.116 of this subchapter, or to kill, destroy, or remove any trees, shrubbery, or other vegetation growing on the dunes without having first obtained a permit from the Building Inspector as specified in this subchapter proposing the proposed damage, destruction, or removal.
