§ 93.02 EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR.
   There is hereby created the office of Emergency Management Coordinator for the town (herein "Coordinator"). The Coordinator shall be the Town Manager or his designee as dictated by the adopted order of succession. The Coordinator shall have direct responsibility for the organization, administration, and operation of the Emergency Management Agency.
