§ 72.11 RIDING ON HANDLEBARS; PROHIBITED.
   No operator of a motorcycle, or bicycle, when upon a street, shall carry any person upon the handlebar, frame, or tank of any such vehicle, nor shall any person so ride upon any such vehicle.
