761.09 NOTIFICATION OF FEES DUE.

The City, through the Board of Health of the City, is authorized and directed to notify each owner or operator on or before July 15 of all annual license fees due the City under Sections 761.01 through 761.07, for inspection services to be rendered during the fiscal year next ensuing.
