There is levied and assessed upon the owner or operator of each vehicular food establishment under the inspection of the Board of Health of the City, as defined in the regulations governing food establishments adopted by the Board of Health of the City, except vegetable wagons that sell fruits and vegetables in their native state at retail, an annual license fee of thirty dollars ($30.00) due and payable to the Director of Finance on the first business day of each fiscal year.
Vehicular food establishments selling at retail only fruits and vegetables in their native state, such as vegetable wagons, receiving inspection from the Board of Health of the City, shall pay an annual license and inspection fee of ten dollars ($10.00) due and payable to the Director of Finance on the first business day of each fiscal year.
