11-7-5: CLINGING TO VEHICLES:
It shall be unlawful for any person on any street riding a bicycle, motorcycle, sled or any toy vehicle to cling or attach himself or his vehicle to any moving motor vehicle or wagon. (1970 Code §26.47)
