11-3-7: TRANSFER PROHIBITED; EXCEPTION:

No transfer of a vehicle license shall be permitted other than the transfer of a Village license from a vehicle that has been sold or transferred by a resident of the Village to a vehicle purchased by the same resident of the Village. Licenses are not transferable from another municipality. (Ord. 09-27, 10-20-2009)
