11-3-6: CIVILIAN COMMISSIONERS ALLOWED FREE VEHICLE STICKER:
   A.   Each duly appointed Civilian Commissioner is entitled to one free Village vehicle sticker per term during the tenure of such commission.
   B.   No person is entitled to more than one free Village vehicle sticker per year. (Ord. 09-27, 10-20-2009)
