A. Schedule Of Fees: Schedule of fees for one year sticker beginning July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013, and every one year term thereafter ending June 30 of the year following the year of issuance:

B. Vehicle Fees Exempted: The following persons shall be entitled to receive one vehicle sticker for free for a passenger vehicle and for a Class B truck (per person for first vehicle only):
1. Senior citizens, as defined in this chapter, who qualify for the Illinois Benefit Access Program. Senior citizens who do not qualify for the Illinois Benefit Access Program shall pay five dollars ($5.00);
2. Physically disabled persons with disabled license plate;
3. Disabled veterans of the military armed forces;
4. Military personnel with an ID card.
C. Half Term Fee: A half term vehicle license may be purchased at a cost of fifty percent (50%) of the fee, provided the owner of such vehicle becomes a resident of the Village on or after January 1 or acquires an additional vehicle on or after January 1 of the sticker licensing, beginning January 1, 2014.
D. Discount Provision: License applicants shall be entitled to a discount of two dollars ($2.00) if they pay the applicable fee during the month of May immediately preceding the sticker licensing term. This discount provision shall be applicable to all classes of licenses.
E. Antique Vehicle: For the purposes of this section the term "antique vehicle" shall mean a motor vehicle for which antique vehicle or expanded antique vehicle State license plates have been issued pursuant to 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/3-804 or 5/3-804.01.
F. Late Fee: A late fee of thirty five dollars ($35.00) will be assessed for stickers purchased after June 30, 2014, and a late fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for stickers purchased after January 30, 2014.
