Members of a board or commission shall annually elect a secretary and such other officers as they may deem necessary. Each board and commission may adopt rules of procedure consistent with the village's ordinances and Illinois law. All rules and procedures adopted by a board or commission shall be filed with the village clerk. (Ord. 2014-11, 2-4-2014)
